Hull College Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Funding & Information Services Administrator to join the Hull site. This is a full time, fixed term position until 31st July 2018.
This is an administrator post as part of the Funding and Information Services Directorate that represents the data and funding interests for the whole college group. The post-holder will work across the group, across FE, HE, 14-19 cohort and commercial units.
The successful candidate will ensure quality data is accurately collected, input and updated on college databases, including register, learner and enrolment data and fees. A key part of the role is to provide a service to students on a reception desk, and so excellent service standards and a strong customer focus is vital, along with the ability to work collaboratively to ensure a high quality, focussed service is delivered.
The post holder must have a level 2 qualification in an appropriate subject, and have a minimum 2 years recent experience in an office/administration environment, preferably in an educational institution.
This role may include evening and weekend work, on a rota basis. During the year, at peak periods of enrolment, it will be necessary to work additional hours to maintain the service. At key times of the year, e.g. enrolment, it will be necessary to impose an annual leave block.
