Harrogate College part of the Hull College Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Curriculum and Student Support Administrator as part of the Funding and Information Services Directorate to join the Harrogate site. This will be a part time position,22 hours per week until 31st July 2018.

This post provides curriculum support to teaching and learning staff and delivering a high quality financial support and guidance service to prospective and current students.

Excellent service standards and a strong customer focus are maintained at all times. Working collaboratively to ensure a high quality, focussed service delivery. The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail and to be able to work with confidential and sensitive information.

A minimum of 1 year’s recent and relevant experience of working within an administration environment is essential, along with a Business Administration Qualification at Level 2 or equivalent. The post holder must have experience of taking minutes. The ability to be extremely organised and capable of prioritising and delegating work is a key part of this role.

This role may include evening or weekend work on a rota basis. During the year at peak periods it will be necessary to work additional hours to maintain the service. The post holder is aware that at key times of the year i.e. enrolment it will be necessary to impose an annual leave block.
