Hull College are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to cover the reception. This post will be to cover the hours of 8.00am-4:30pm Tuesday - Friday; Saturday hours (during term time) will be 8:30 – 4:00pm.
The successful candidate will be required to provide an effective, high quality customer focused service at all times, to customers and potential customers through the provision of reception/helpdesk and switchboard duties. Thereby contributing to the college’s wider strategic objectives and recruitment targets.
A Level 2 IT qualification (or equivalent) will be essential for this role, in particular within Microsoft Office. Candidates must also hold a GCSE within English or Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
